My printer won't print. Help!!

We seem to deal with customer printer issues at least a few times per week. The most basic troubleshooting tips for printing issues are the following: 1.) pull the power plug from the printer and plug it back in. 2.) reboot your computer 3.) un-plug the printer cable connected to your computer and plug it back in. 4.) if 1,2,and 3 do not resolve the issue, try re-installing the driver disk that came with your printer.
